{"id":5700,"date":"2024-06-10T15:30:05","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T18:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/feittinf.org.br\/?p=5700"},"modified":"2024-06-13T14:04:33","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T17:04:33","slug":"trabalhadores-de-ti-do-parana-aumento-salarial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fenati.org.br\/en\/trabalhadores-de-ti-do-parana-aumento-salarial\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabalhadores de TI do Paran\u00e1 conquistam 5% de aumento salarial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Trabalhadores de TI do Paran\u00e1<\/strong> &#8211; Ap\u00f3s negocia\u00e7\u00e3o entre o setor patronal (SEPROPAR) e a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Interestadual dos Trabalhadores em Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (Feittinf), os profissionais de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o do Paran\u00e1 conquistaram um reajuste salarial de 5% para todas as faixas salariais em 2024.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo abrange os trabalhadores representados pelo Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Empresas Privadas de Processamento de Dados de Curitiba e Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana (<a href=\"https:\/\/sitepd.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">SitePD-PR<\/a>) e pelo Sindicato dos Trabalhadores nas Empresas e Cursos de Inform\u00e1tica do Estado do Paran\u00e1 (<a href=\"https:\/\/sintipar.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Sintipar-PR<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/feittinf.org.br\/ministerio-do-trabalho-multas-trabalhistas-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>LEIA: Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho atualiza multas trabalhistas para 2024; veja novos valores<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201c\u00c9 uma grande vit\u00f3ria da categoria no Paran\u00e1. Vamos em frente\u201d, comenta Emerson Morresi, presidente da Feittinf.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Os empregados abrangidos pela Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho (CCT) admitidos anteriormente a 30\/04\/2024 ter\u00e3o corre\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de 01 de maio de 2024, data base da categoria no estado. O valor do Vale-Refei\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi reajustado em 5%, subindo de R$ 24,00 para R$ 25,20, a serem pagos 22 dias por m\u00eas, incluindo o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m ficou decidida a cobran\u00e7a de R$ 35 a t\u00edtulo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o assistencial de todos os trabalhadores que n\u00e3o manifestaram oposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a. O prazo formal para oposi\u00e7\u00e3o terminou no \u00faltimo dia 29 de maio. A contribui\u00e7\u00e3o assistencial sindical foi declarada constitucional em julgamento do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), realizado em 2023 (Tema 935).<\/p>\n<p>Os trabalhadores filiados ou contribuintes do SitePD e do Sintipar ficam isentos da Taxa Negocial inserida na PLR de 6% limitada a R$ 600,00, que ser\u00e1 descontada apenas dos trabalhadores opositores.
